Lawyer Stanislava Karakusheva, Legal experience 21 years. Member of the Sofia Bar Association. Managing partner of Menko Menkov & Partners Law Firm since its establishment in 2009. Penalist – practicing mainly in the field of criminal justice, as well as in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights – Strasbourg. She also provides legal representation in various types of administrative proceedings.
She holds a professional qualification in EU Legal and Judicial System, as well as a Master’s degree in European Union Law, majoring in International Relations at the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia, completing her studies in cooperation with the University of Nancy, France
